Training Center Open House and Ribbon-Cutting |
| An Open House and Ribbon Cutting showcasing the new training center was held on Tuesday, June 23rd. The newly named Ted and Jane Von Voigtlander Training Center is a State-of-the-Art facility which will allow the chapter to teach more health and safety and disaster classes to the community as well as serve as a command center during large scale disasters. The concept for the training center grew after the entire lower level of the chapter building was destroyed during a flood on Sunday, Sept. 14, 2008. |
