Refund and Cancellation Policy for classes

*PAYMENT IS DUE UPON REGISTRATION*

Payments accepted - MasterCard, VISA, check, or cash

COURSE REFUND AND CANCELLATION POLICY:

  • Please note: to guarantee your enrollment and adequate training material will be available for you – we ask that you enroll seven (7) days prior to the class.
  • Please Note:

    * CANCELLATION POLICY

    100% 1 day after event starts

    100% 0 day before event starts

     50%  2 days before event starts

     25% 7 days before event starts

     10% 14 days before event starts

* There will be a $25 charge on all returned checks

* Students that may require special needs should call 517-546-0326.

  • Attendance and punctuality - please plan on arriving for a class a minimum of 10 (ten) minutes prior to the start of class.  100% attendance is mandatory for certification.
  • Students arriving late for class will be considered a “no show” for the class.  Arriving  15 minutes after the scheduled start time is a “no show”.  You will need to call the chapter the next business day to discuss rescheduling.
  • There is a minimum of 6 students registered to hold the class.  If minimum is not met class will be cancelled.

Weather Related Cancellations

  • It is rare that classes cancel, however if the need arises the chapter will contact you.
  • Tune to WHMI radio FM 93.5 for weather related cancellations.

Lost Card Fee

  • There is a $5.00 processing fee for replacement cards.
