Refund and Cancellation Policy for classes

*PAYMENT IS DUE UPON REGISTRATION*

Payments accepted - MasterCard, VISA, check, or cash

COURSE REFUND AND CANCELLATION POLICY:

  • You may cancel a class up to 3 (three) days prior to the date of the class but you will be assessed a $10 administration fee.  After the 3 (three) day cut-off there are NO REFUNDS for the course.  This includes cancellation and no-shows.
  • If you do need to cancel a class you have the opportunity to reschedule the class 1 (one) time 6(six) months from the date of the original class.
  • There is a $20.00 fee for all returned checks.
  • Attendance and punctuality - please plan on arriving for a class a minimum of 10 (ten) minutes prior to the start of class.  100% attendance is mandatory for certification.
  • Students arriving late for class will be considered a “no show” for the class.  Arriving  15    minutes after the scheduled start time is a “no show”.  You will need to call the chapter the next business day to discuss rescheduling.
  • There is a minimum of 6 students registered to hold the class.  If minimum is not met class will be cancelled.

Weather Related Cancellations

  • It is rare that classes cancel, however if the need arises the chapter will contact you.
  • Tune to WHMI radio FM 93.5 for weather related cancellations.

Lost Card Fee

  • There is a $5.00 processing fee for replacement cards.
