Refund
and Cancellation Policy for classes

Payments accepted - MasterCard, VISA, check, or cash
COURSE REFUND AND CANCELLATION POLICY:

You may cancel a class up to 3 (three) days prior to
the date of the class but you will be assessed a
$10 administration fee. After the 3 (three) day
cut-off there are NO REFUNDS for the course.
This includes cancellation and no-shows.

If you do need to cancel a class you have the
opportunity to reschedule the class 1 (one) time
6(six) months from the date of the original class.
·
There is a $20.00 fee for all returned
checks.
·
Attendance and punctuality - please plan on arriving
for a class a minimum of 10 (ten) minutes prior to
the start of class. 100% attendance is mandatory
for certification.
·
Students arriving late for class will be
considered a “no show” for the class. Arriving 15
minutes after the scheduled start time is a “no
show”. You will need to call the chapter the next
business day to discuss rescheduling.
There is a minimum of 6 students registered
to hold the class. If minimum is not met class
will be cancelled.
Weather Related Cancellations

It is rare that classes cancel, however if the need
arises the chapter will contact you.

Tune to WHMI radio FM 93.5 for weather related
cancellations.
