Purpose/Course Description of the Professional
Rescuer Review Course:
To review the
skills needed to respond appropriately to breathing
and cardiac
emergencies. CPR/AED for the Professional Rescuer
Review Course is based on real-life rescue scenarios
and combines discussions
and video with
hands-on kills training to promote effective
learning
and to keep
students motivated. This class reviews responding
to breathing and
cardiac emergencies in adults, children, and
infants,
use of an
automated external defibrillator (AED) to care for
an adult
and child victim
of cardiac arrest and more.
